Received my order within three weeks. Packaging was slightly dent even though it had ok protection, but the item itself was fine. The item looks as described. Somehow on first try I couldn't put through a signal to my monitor (laptop > usb grabber > monitor), but the next day when I continued it (suddenly) worked (restart?!?) so don't give up =) Still figuring out how to actually capture stuff. My goal is to use it with RPi4B/Hyperion but I'm missing some parts for that so I'll add some additional feedback when/if I get that working. Had no contact with the seller.
